Deadlines

• Request student support: 15th of May 2022
• Registration for in-person participation: 30th of May 2022
• Registration for online participation: 20th of June 2022

Registration fee

• Summer school, in-person: 150 CHF
• Extra guest for the dinner: 60 CHF
• Online attendance: free

Lecture attendance, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the school dinner are included in the fee. Note that lunch is not included; there are university canteens and supermarkets on site.

You pay the fee immediately upon registration. If for any reason you cannot make it to the school and need to cancel, let us know and we will reimburse you (up to transaction fees). 

Student support

If you require student support, don’t fill in the registration form yet. Instead, send us an email with your CV, motivation paragraph and justification for support. Include the name of a reference (for example, a supervisor or lecturer).

ETH students may volunteer for helping out at the conference in exchange for waiving the conference fee. Typical tasks include sitting at the registration table, handling dinner logistics, helping participants find their way and troubleshooting during the school. We have room for 10 volunteers. If you are interested, indicate this in the email you send us. Please mention your availability during the conference week and the week before.

If your request is successful, we will send you a unique discount code that you can use to waive the registration fee in the form below. We will know by mid-May if we can provide extra travel support, and we’ll let you know accordingly.
