Registration
The summer school starts at 13:30 on Sunday the 18th. Registration will be open from 13:00. If you are late, go directly to the lecture and register later. Certificates of attendance will be handed out at registration.
Posters
Posters will be up all week, in the hall outside the lecture room, where the coffee breaks take place. There is no dedicated poster session, but there will be plenty of time to discuss the posters during the breaks.
You can hang your poster as you arrive on the first day. Standard format is A0 portrait; if your poster has a different format, be creative.
Welcome drinks
On Sunday, after the talks, we will walk to El Lokal, a friendly bar/restaurant by the river Sihl, for drinks and snacks. If you are late, you can meet us directly there from 16:30.

City tour
On Monday, there is an optional walking city tour of Zurich, organized by Free Walk. This is a great and fun way to get to know the city.
To give us an idea of the number of participants, register on this doodle by the 15th of June. Bring CHF 10 in cash to pay your guide, and make sure that your feet are comfortable.
Dinner
On Tuesday evening, we will go to a forest hut for dinner. There will be fire, live music
courtesy of the amazing Vilasini, and, with some luck, stars.

There are regular buses to the hut; otherwise it is a very nice 45-minute walk from Dolder station in Zurich. We will leave in a group after the afternoon session on Tuesday to walk there. If you prefer to go by public transport, information will be provided. Dinner starts at 18:30. The hut is child-friendly.
